Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to high international shipping costs and complex cross-border procedures, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges except for quality-related issues. Please confirm your size before purchasing—if you need sizing assistance, feel free to contact us via Instagram or email. If an order is canceled after shipment, the international shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. 
If it's a merchant issue, the merchant covers the return or exchange shipping cost. If it's a customer issue, the customer covers the return or exchange shipping cost.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 10 days of delivery confirmation, for quality-related issues not caused by improper try-on, with tags and packaging intact and the garment in unused condition.

Shipping Timeline:
For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 3 days, and you can expect to receive your package in approximately 7-12 days. 

For pre-order items, orders will be shipped according to the pre-sale timeline, and you can expect to receive your package in approximately 15-30 days.
